Besides some other adjustments it contains a potential fix for game soft-freezing for Tauri/Goauld and also a fix for micro-freezes caused by the missles of the Tauri starbase (thanks for the find Pacoz!

Hello everyone! After we spend some beach days on Abydos during our summer break, we are happy to release version 3.2.1 for the open beta today. This patch fixes a major bug in the Stargate Galaxies GC causing the game to be frozen when playing as Goauld or Wraith.
